Privacy Policy
Rubrissa Agency ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at https://www.rubrissa-agency.com. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains which personal information Rubrissa Agency gathers when you browse or use that website and the pages connected to it (together, the "Services"), and how that information is used, disclosed and safeguarded. The Services are intended solely for people who are 18 or older.
If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please stop using the Services. Send questions, and any request to exercise your rights, to contact@rubrissa-agency.com.
THE MINIMUM
We collect only what you type into the application (your name, age, country, email, preferred contact method and answers about the work), along with routine technical logs.
NOT FOR SALE
Your personal information is never sold, and we never pass it on for profit or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
PROTECTED
Industry-standard safeguards protect your data, though no system can be made entirely secure.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction (including California, Virginia, Canada, the UK and the EEA), you can request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or restrict how we use it.
Section 01
Information we collect
This covers the details you decide to share with us when you request information, complete a form or contact us.
This may include: your name, age, country and email address, how you prefer to be contacted, and your responses to the application questions. Everything you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
Sensitive data: we collect none.
Technical data recorded automatically
As you browse, we log standard technical information: your IP address, the browser, operating system and language settings you use, the referring page, timestamps, the pages you visit, device identifiers, an approximate location derived from that IP address, and any crash or error reports. We use this information to secure the Services, guard against fraud, monitor performance and keep the site working properly.
Location: approximate only, inferred from your IP address. We never request your exact GPS location, and you can restrict the location signals you share through the settings on your device or browser.
Summary of data categories

Section 02
Why we use your information
- Operating the Services and keeping them available to you.
- Responding to your inquiries and support requests.
- Security and fraud prevention: detecting abuse and malicious behavior.
- Site improvements: making the site more reliable and easier to use, relying wherever possible on aggregated data that does not identify you.
- Legal compliance: meeting the obligations the law places on us, and enforcing our terms.
- Protecting a person's vital interests where that is necessary.
Section 03
Legal bases for processing (GDPR, UK GDPR and similar laws)
When these laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent (Art.6(1)(a)), for information you choose to send us. You can withdraw it whenever you wish by emailing contact@rubrissa-agency.com.
- Contract (Art.6(1)(b)), where the data is needed to respond to your pre-contract questions or to deliver a feature you requested.
- Legal obligation (Art.6(1)(c)), where processing is required by law or regulation.
- Legitimate interests (Art.6(1)(f)): securing the Services, preventing misuse and improving them, in each case balanced against your rights.
- Vital interests (Art.6(1)(d)), in the unusual event that a person's life or safety is threatened.
Canada: where PIPEDA calls for consent, we rely on your express or implied consent, which you can withdraw subject to any legal or contractual limits.
Section 04
Who receives your data
We do not sell personal information. Nor do we "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Business transfers: if we merge, are acquired or restructure, data may be transferred to the new owner.
- Affiliates: companies under our control, all of which must follow this Policy.
- Service providers: vendors such as our hosting and security partners. Each receives only the access its work strictly requires and is bound to protect the data and treat it as confidential.
- Legal requirements: when valid legal process compels it, or where needed in defense of legal rights.
- Emergencies: when disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm.
Section 05
How long data is kept
We hold data only while the purposes described above require it, or for whatever period the law requires. Once that period ends, the data is deleted, aggregated or anonymized. Backups follow a standard rotation, and outdated copies are erased when their retention period expires.
Section 06
Protecting your data
We safeguard data through access controls, network security measures and internal policies. No method, however, is perfect. Please take care with what you send us, and let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Section 07
Adults only
The Services are intended solely for people who are 18 or older, and we do not knowingly gather data from anyone below that age. If you think we have done so, please email contact@rubrissa-agency.com and we will delete it without delay.
Section 08
Your rights over your data
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may hold some or all of the following rights:
ACCESS
Learn whether we process your data, and obtain a copy of it.
CORRECTION
Have wrong or incomplete data corrected.
ERASURE
Have your data erased, unless an overriding legal basis obliges us to retain it.
RESTRICTION
Restrict certain processing, in the cases the law provides for.
PORTABILITY
Receive your data in a machine-readable format, where this is technically feasible.
OBJECTION
Object to any processing that we base on legitimate interests.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
Withdraw your consent. Processing that took place before then remains lawful.
COMPLAINT
Lodge a complaint with the supervisory or data protection authority responsible for you.
Exercising a right: email contact@rubrissa-agency.com. Before acting on a request, we may need to verify your identity, which keeps your data secure and prevents fraud.
Section 09
Privacy signals from your browser (DNT and GPC)
Do Not Track (DNT) still lacks an agreed standard, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals. Should Global Privacy Control (GPC), or a comparable legally binding mechanism, become mandatory in the places where we operate, we will adjust both our practices and this Policy to comply with it.
Section 10
California residents (CCPA and CPRA)
No sale or sharing: we have not sold or shared any personal information during the past 12 months. We process only a narrow set of Identifiers that you provide voluntarily (Category A) and the essential technical diagnostics that form a small part of Category F.
Your California rights: the rights to know, access, correct and delete; the right to non-discrimination; and the right to limit the use of sensitive data, which is not relevant here because we collect none. Please send requests to contact@rubrissa-agency.com.
Verifying your request: we may ask for information that matches what we hold, for example the email address you previously used. An authorized agent making a request for you must provide written authorization.
Section 11
Virginia residents (CDPA)
As a Virginia resident, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to obtain a copy of it, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of your data and profiling. We do not run targeted advertising or sell data, and we do not use profiling to make significant decisions about anyone.
Appeals: if we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our response. We will explain our decision in writing. If the matter is still unresolved, you can then raise it with the Virginia Attorney General.
Section 12
Updates to this Policy
We may revise this Policy periodically. Material changes may be highlighted on the site, or we may notify you through the contact channels we hold for you.
Section 13
